At Marlton Assembly of God, we believe that a call to serve is inherent in the invitation to follow Jesus.  Serving is the act of putting the needs of others before our own needs.  It is an expression of selflessness and a privilege we have in our walk with Christ.  Serving is a great way to connect with other believers while doing something you enjoy in the church.  At MAG, we have many opportunities for you to get involved.  As you look through the list of serving opportunities below, if you would like more information on a particular area, please click on the link and send us an email.  We will get back to you and help you get plugged-in.  All are welcome and encouraged to volunteer at MAG!

DISCOVER YOUR SHAPE

What God made each one of us to BE determines what He intends for each one of us to DO.  God is consistent in His plan for each of our lives.  He would not give us inborn talents and temperaments, spiritual gifts, and all sorts of life experiences and then not use them!                                 Dr. Dan McNaughton

The Bible says in Ephesians 2:10 “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

Have you ever wondered what your purpose is?  What your passion is?  Why you are motivated the way you are?  The SHAPE Class at MAG is designed to review and study your SHAPE: Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Passion and Experience.  By looking closely at your unique SHAPE, each participant works towards discovering their primary ministry that God has ordained for them to serve in, in the unique way God intends for them to serve Him.  The class is offered several times a year and is available to everyone.  For more information on the SHAPE Class, please contact Jody Fox.
